<p style="text-align: center;"><img src="/ueditor/php/upload/image/20250521/1747816952397656.png" title="1747816952397656.png" alt="4.png"/></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Expanding sales in automotive aftermarket by manufacturing and selling shock absorbers NTN Corporation (hereafter, NTN) announced today that its consolidated subsidiary, NTN EUROPE S.A (Head office: Annecy, France, hereafter, NTN EUROPE), which manufactures and sells bearings for automobiles, airplanes, railway rolling stock primarily in the European and African regions, acquired stakes in La Tunisie Mecanique S.A.(Head office: Tunis, Tunisia, hereafter LTM), which manufactures shock absorbers for automobiles in Tunisia as of May 19, 2025. NTN Group has been working to expand sales of aftermarket businesses as a key measure under the “DRIVE NTN100” Final, our medium-term management plan. In automotive aftermarket business, we established a headquarters function in NTN EUROPE in 2024 and are expanding our product lineup and strengthening our sales network, mainly in Europe and Africa. In expanding our product lineup, we have selected shock absorbers which are closely related to NTN Group&#39;s top-class global market-share corner module products (such as driveshaft and axle bearings as well as top strut mounts) as additional products. By acquiring stakes in LTM, we are more deeply involved not only in sales but also in product development, manufacturing, and quality control, and as a manufacturer of shock absorbers, we will work to expand sales by enhancing our brand awareness and brand equity in the market.</span></p>
