ZKL offers its customers also services that help to extend the life of bearings. These services include supervision of mounting ZKL bearings. An interesting case of mounting two sealed spherical roller bearings 22252-2RSHK TM bearings tailored to customer requirements was realized in Hungary this summer. The bearings have been installed in the company Mátrai Erőmű Zrt. Besides ZKL applications engineer was the assembly attended by representatives of the ZKL distributor EURO - Borsod Trade Kft. The bearings were mounted without problems while using the method of measuring the axial displacement (pressing bearings on the pin at the starting pressure in the second phase shift by a predetermined amount of axial displacement, all with the help of hydraulic nuts) and ZKL application engineer added to the overall mounting report also recommendations for bearing lubrication.
